Deal/Walmer area Marriage completed

Hi

I am looking for the marriage of William Marsh and Mary Windsor c1824. 
William was born in Ringwould and Mary was born Isle of Minorca.  Their first child that I am aware of was Elizabeth Lucy Marsh baptised at St Mary's Parish Church, Walmer.  Is there any chance of this marriage showing on an index somewhere, I have had PR's local to this area out at the LDS without any luck.
