Trying to track down "Gue"
« on: Saturday 29 January 05 00:00 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
I am trying to find the roots of my Gue ancestry and I have managed to get back to a Thomas Gue born (I think) in Romsey and father of Elizabeth Gue (later Edney)b1803, Mary Gue b1810, Thomas Gue (b1812), Henry Gue (b 1818). I suspect that he may be related to a William Gue (1800-1877) and a John Gue but before this this Gues disappear from Hampshire. I suspect that they may possible have arrived as a result of the French revolution somehow. :-\
Can anybody advise?
Wayne Harris :D
Harris (Aston and Ludlow), Murphy, Haywood, Mason, (Birmingham), Gue (Hampshire and Birmingham),
Ralph (Worcestershire), Law (Aston),
Vacher,Hurst (Hampshire),
Warren, White (Devon)
