Here's the badge of the Scots Fusiliers, it looks very much like the one the Father is wearing.

If you want to track this family down, you could start a thread asking help to find out if any members of your family were in the Scots Fusiliers about the time of WW1...you never know.....

Also, does anyone think the Mother is sitting in the same chair as the single lady, I know you can only see one spindle, but it looks very much the same....

Have played about with your photo and found it is already been hand coloured/coloured photo
Missterri.4 has also got colour but is not as clear as 3 is
Looking closer I personally think they all have some sign of being coloured

What superb restores these are, I really love the family group and the coloured ones done for that one.  But they are all lovely!

I must say it because I have been busy for a while, and this set are really superior and sharper than I have ever seen.
