 :)hi anyone know anything about the denton family that lived in jersey in 1841 john and mary, there son also lived there robert henry denton .
cornelius denton married a lizzie payn le motte or lizzie le motte i have them in 1901 but cant find there marriage and cant find there first borns birth lilian any info on this family would be great

hi thats great thanks the site you put for me seems a little hard to follow how did you get info from it ? do you have to register ?

could you find who lizzies father was he died between 1878-1881
and married elizabeth or elsie between 1870-1875

I am sorry but i am unable to help with Lizzie's father, it looks like Lizzie's parents married between 1871 and 1881 census and that Lizzie's father had died before the 1881 census was taken. There are no marriages or deaths on the Jersey Heritage website as far as i know.

scroll down the page until you find who you are looking for, click on the name
For Lilian M E Denton it tells you there is a baptism for her, make a note of the ref number G/C/03/A2/21. Click on the underlined ref number.
Scroll down the page until you find the Ref G/C/03/A2/21 click on it, you will then see underlined Please click here to see a transcription of register etc. Once you have clicked on this you will get the transcription page which will explain how to search.
