Hi Steve
As a guess I think it is the charge for the burial since it is recorded in the cemetery burial register it could be the charge for person conducting the burial from whichever church it was there is no indication on the register itself

thanks Grant
I did go and try to find the grave but the cemetery is huge so i gave up.I emailed the bereavement services who were very helpful and told me the grave had not been purchased so there would be no headstone on it,but they could show me where it was.
