Amelia is rather older than you expected.  All the servants are unmarried.

Hope this helps.

It does look as though the 1861 entry you want is missing though as Lincoln Street sems to be the one in Mile End Old Town.

Came across a couple more Dallimores at 3 Portobello Rd, Chelsea - HO107 1474 p995 for 1851 don't know if they fit in with yours?
Samuel 27, mattress maker born Chatham, Kent and Sarah, 20 laundress born Marylebone.
