Could be more than one Charles Moore born c1874 in County Down- any idea of parents' names to cross-check?
IGI has some, not all, Irish births 1864-c1882 so you can have a look- www.familysearch.org

Moore is a very common surname so there's no guarantee that the PRONI papers are for the correct family.

Am confused now- Stevie said parents were called Francis and Margaret not James and Ellenor.
