Photoscape Colour Picker

Can anyone help ?
I have just downloaded photoscape to try it out
but I can't find the icon for the colour picker anywhere
I have checked out their help but I still can't find the icon

I don't have photoscape, but in every other package I've used it's always an "eyedropper" icon.  Hopefully someone that uses Photoscape can tell the exact location.

I've just been into the site and I've noticed this - is there an icon there that looks anything like it?

I'm downloading it now to check if I can find it

At the moment I can only get it to work if I click on Colour Picker and then click on the eyedroper icon at top left of the popup window. It is only putting up sample flickr photos.  You then move the rectangle around until you get  the relevant colour showing in the colour box.
 
Not sure about it
