Looking for Alice Harrington

I am not sure what exactly you know about this family?

Looking at on line tree's -

Arthur was married before to an Annie Maud Wood. On 1881 /91 census.
They had a son Arthur & Leonard who died.

Frances was born in Windsor Berkshire
They lived in Boundary Road Leyton

Arthur's mother was Mary born Oxford c.1838
Frances married as Waller father's name John Lascelles.

It's Alice's life after 1911 UK census we don't have.  We have everything on her brother Henry, he went to the US in 1921.  We have lots going back, but what happened to Alice, possibly married therefore a name change, which has eluded us for over 2 years now. 

And another brick wall / dead end ... we are also looking for what happened to Alice's mother Frances E Harrington.  I have all her past, her marriage to Arthur Harrington, her "not married" to Walter Waller (two children), her desception as Frances Lascelles and her birth in Windsor in 1869 as Frances Lovett.

It would be great to solve these two little mysteries.

I purchased the Marriage Certificate for Alice M HARRINGTON and John Crompton SOPER  in 1919 but alas it is not our Mary.

Our Alice Mary Harrington was born around 1899, father Arthur Benjamin Harrington, mother Frances Waller (nee Lovett, but changed her maiden name to Lascelles.

The certificate I bought (9 pounds 25P) is for Alice Maude Harrington Westminster, London, aged 31 in 1919, so born 1888.  Father Arthur Harrington .... what a coincidence.  So not her!!!!!  <DOH!!>  Anyone want a certificate? .... going cheap

Hi their is a death in Chelmsford Essex of an Alice Mary Harrington born 29th October 1899 in December qtr 1981v 9 page 1987, possibly not yours as your birth cert relates to Sept qtr, not Dec qtr.

Thanks Keyboard86, yes we have that one too, but not sure again if it's her or not.  It would mean Alice Mary Harrington lived to 88 and never married.  That's the next step is to get that death certificate and find out. 

Can you (or anyone) tell me what information is on a UK death certificate?

Kevin as you can see by my post this Alice is not yours as she was born in OCT/NOV/DEC, Not as yours In July/August/Sept, remember the person reporting this death knew exactly when this person was born,.if you really want to spend your money, why not purchase all the Alice M Harrington marriages just in Essex about 4 are possibles, it is where she is in 1911 that is the real problem for you!
