Birth lookup Jersey 1870 SAVAGE

Hello - does anybody have access to the Birth indices for Jersey please?

I'm looking for the birth of Clara Margaret SAVAGE - in the censuses she gives her place of birth as Jersey.  However, the family only lived in Jersey briefly and she wasn't baptised until she was nearly 3, by which time the family was living in Norwich.  Her baptism record from Norwich cites her date of birth as 29 Jan 1870.
