I wonder if anyone has information on a Thomas Skinner born 1793 of Ashford, Kent, son of Thomas Skinner and Hannah Mascall? I am trying to find whether Thomas married and died in England. I have an ancestor, Thomas Skinner, who married and died in Madras, India. He joined the Madras Artillery in 1814 and is said to have come from the Canterbury area.
