Mary Ann Stephens b.1833

I am seeking some advice about an ancestor born in Guernsey.

She was Mary Ann Stephens, apparently born in 1833.

Her parent's were John & Ann Stephens, though this has never been proven as well.

What information is available to me in Guernsey to find her birth and prove the parents?

I know that by 1867 she is in Australia, but do not know when she moved there.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
