Hi.My grandad was born in West Indies (believed Barbados or Trinidad)in 1873 to Irish Parents(on military service with the 98th Staffordshires))also his father died there in 1878 as a Sergeant .they were from County Cork.IrelandWhere would I obtain birth and Death Certificates please.Thanks for your help.josdad
