could the bride have a scratch removed

I know its in a bad place on the face but any help would be much appreciated its my daughters mother and father in law on their wedding day.
Feel free to help yourselves to a sandwich from the buffet.

Here are 4 resized versions
1) Scratch removed, red reduced and minimum cleanup work
2) As 1, but with skin and clothes smoothed out. Sharpened and  increase saturation & contrast
3) As 2, but with texture added
4) B/W version of 2
