West Ham 1891 Street Index Help Please

Can anyone help with a street index of West Ham St Luke for 1891 census.
I am looking for the details of folio etc of Sydney Street as this is given on a marriage certificate.

or you could try Essex West Ham. West Ham District 14, as the streets jump about on the census sheets
