Coultas family bible
« on: Sunday 05 October 08 05:17 BST (UK) »
There are many "cousins" who are descendants of the children of David (b.1823) and Ann (b.1824)Coultas from Bradford who are looking for information from the family bible.

At one stage it was seen and photographed, but these photographs were destroyed in a fire a few years ago and the Bible has since disappeared it seems. The last information we have is that it is with a cousin called Molly, who still lives in the Bradford area.

Cousins from Australia, USA, Canada and other parts of England, would dearly love to have access to this information for our children and grandchildren, if anyone can help us with the whereabouts of this book.

Kind regards,
Jill

Nearly 2 years after posting this, I got an email from a descendant of David and Ann Coultas, who is the first cousin of Mollie who has our bible. Such good news and shows you should never, never give up looking and researching.  She called Mollie who is thrilled that we are interested? She is keen for a couple of the cousins to go and photograph the bible and distribute the info to our global cousins.
I'm so excited, can't wait to see what is in there :)
