And me!

I had real problems sorting out the Brocks of Alburgh and seeing who was related to who and how (if you are bored, go through the cenus records and note 'em all!) In the end, I wrote it all down on little bits of paper and spent a day on my hands and knees trying to see who fitted where.

Sudoku or the Times crossword is a doddle in comparison.

PS never did sort out the B's of A...

I think family history is often like the 3d jigsaws when there are no edge pieces and with several pieces missing.

I'm fairly neutral about jigsaw puzzles, but I like detective stories/thrillers and I LOVE cryptic crosswords!  Logic puzzles - nah - I have too alternative and lateral a brain!  (I used to love those lateral thinking puzzles that were the rage some years ago!)

Don't start me on sudoku or anything - it's hard enough trying to get a life away from FH now!!!!   ;D ;D

I've long thought that FH is like a mix of a jigsaw puzzle and a detective mystery.
