Can anyone guess what this relationship stated on the 1851 census actually means:

Elizabeth Harvey, wife, 54, b Tarrant Keynston, Dorset. Charlotte Harvey, dau, un, 26, b Tarrant Keynston.
William Harvey, son, un, 23,ag lab, b Tarrant Keynston?.
Charles Harvey, son, 19, ag lab, b Tarrant Keynston.
Lydia Goven,
dau in law, unm, 30, b Tarrant Keynston. Elizabeth Goven,
grand daur in law, 3, Cranborne.
Mary Jane Harvey, grandau, 3, b Cranborne
Grandaughter in law?
Also note that Lydia Goven, daughter in law is
Unmarried
On the 1841 Lydia is Lydia Harvey.
Elizabeth Goven was her illegitimate daughter, bapt 1848:
bapt7; May 1848; Elizabeth (illegitimate) HARVEY; Daughter of; Lydia; Cranborne; ; J.H. Carnegie (Vicar)
Does this mean her father was called Goven?
Any ideas?
