Grandfather Needs Cleaning Up

Can someone help me pleaseeeeeee... I just recently recieved this photo of my Grandfather as a young man but it looks a little worse for wear.

Best I can do with this.I think Grandad would look better if you could offer a scan at 300dpi if possible.He looks very grand all the same.I'm sure you'll get better ones.
