 Just wondering if someone could look up the following.  I was told that these are held in London not Surrey.   Mainly marriages.  Looking for parents names etc.

Edwin Thomas Byers to Harriet Emma Finch Sept 1894 Lambeth 1d page 906

William Henry Byers to Ellen Jame Martin Sept 1897 Lambeth 1d page 910

Walter Francis Byers to Olive Martin or Eleanor Compton not sure who Lambeth 1d page 878

Edgar Owen Byers married ? either a Isabel, Ada or Rose Lambeth 1d page 138

Also trying to confirm who Edwin Byers parents are born 1847 Westminster, Middlesex, England.

Not an easy task!    If you have the reference numbers you can order certificates online via 1837online.com  They will give names of both fathers.   Searching without knowing the church where they married is a very long job.

It might be worthwhile mentioning that if they married in the Registry Office then the only way to get the information is by purchasing a certificate I'm afraid

I am actually studying my husbands family history and yes you are related.   Here is how it goes

Daniel (my husband)
Jennifer  (his mother)
Olive  (his grandmother)
Jessie Gertrude Byers ( his great-grandmother)  Walter Francis is her brother.
Edwin Byers and Charlotte Sarah Rousham ( Jessie and Walters parents)

I can email you directly with all the information i have and photos if you wish.  It has been some time since i have had a break in the family history.   I had a lot of trouble finding Jessie's family and it has taken me several years to find her brother's and sisters via several methods.

What sort of info and how far back have you got.  I have only so far got back to Edwins mother being Harriet Owen but no father yet all i know is that he is a butler.

Would love to hear and exchange info with you.
