Thank you to everyone, you have given me so much info I don't know which to answer first.  I think most of these Crowns are probably related, I have heard that my gr, gr, grandfather had quite a lot of sons, as he was called James I would imagine his sons have all called their son's James also.  Some of the names look very similar in these families.

"JAMES CROWN AGE 21 TO SARAH HUSTON AGE 25 21-11-1854 @ LARGY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH CARRICK, NEWTOWN LIMAVADY,DERRY L/DERRY.fathers. THOMAS CROWN & THOMAS HUSTON."

The marriage between James Crown and Sarah Huston in 1854 is the marriage I was interested in, I did think that this couple could be my gr, gr grandparent's as I was told they are buried in Stranorlar Cemetery and are my family.  My uncle says he thinks they are mine.  The only thing that gives me doubt is that they married in a Presbyterian church and my family are catholics, but with a name like Crown it makes me wonder if they were originally Presbyterian.

"Also saw other records for that family but if William Crown's nephew was married in 1882 thought it is likely to be too young to be the correct William born in 1870"

What other records did you find for this family? I am interested in them as they have most of the names I am looking for.
According to William Crown's second marriage to Mary Huston he was 38 years old in 1901, but it also states he was a bachelor, when in fact he was a widower so I suppose other mistakes such as age could quite easily happen, so I will be glad of any info even if the age is out by a few years.

The James Crown and Elizabeth Hillis record is also interesting as my grandmother was Elizabeth.

Thank you, I have a great deal more to look at now.

IGI lists 3 sons of James Crown and Elizabeth Hillis:
1. John born 18 June 1865 Newtownlimavady
2. Samuel born 22 May 1868 Co.Derry
3. William (1870)
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

If James Crown and Sarah Huston are my gr gr grandparent's, Thomas could be my family.

Thank you, I really appreciate your help.
