Hi,
I don't suppose you have a Margaret Graham 1799-1877 a William Graham 178? or Thomas Graham in your tree.
Thanks

Hi

I have just discovered Graham's in my family tree.  They have lived in Dumbarton for a couple of generations, coming from Ireland.  I will have a look through my information and get back to you with some names and dates.  Have you tried bt online residential numbers, you would just enter graham and dumbarton and it will give you a list of all those registered with BT.  I do personally know a Graham family, but who knows if they are off your line.

I have found my Grahams a while ago now, made contact with family in Dunbarton, thanks for your interest though.
And my McEwens were from Pertshire.
Regards...... Cookie.

Paul,

Your Thomas Graham sounds like one that is a (distant) cousin of mine, and Liz's as well. Thomas and Margaret's son James married Elizabeth Smith (my great grand-aunt) and had at least 2 children, Margaret and Patrick. They married in Dumbarton but moved to Barrow in Furness where James had been living and working.

Do you have more info on the Grahams? I only began working on this branch this past week after finding Patrick's death certificate for March 1941. He'd been living in Dalmuir and died at Killearn Hospital. He married an Eliza(beth) McColgan in 1936.

Please feel free to send a message or respond here if you'd like to be in touch at all!

Cait
