William Eramus HARDY - Governor, Ilchester Gaol

William Erasmus Hardy born cica 1773? died 1838 (aged 65 years) Widcombe, Bath;  married Maria Ann Holland 1800 St. Martin-in-the-Field, Westminster.
Early 1880s was Clerk to Court at Newgate Prison, later Governor Ilchester Gaol.
Children:  Joseph b.1804, Mary Ann b. 1815, Henry Alexander b. 1819.
Information on William Erasmus' Parents sought, please.
