Look Up Saskatchewan please
« on: Tuesday 21 October 08 04:07 BST (UK) »
Could sks please do a look up for the marriage of William Gammon and Daisy Hartel probably in Parkbeg near Moose Jaw . Not sure of the date but probably after 1918.
Also a obit or death record of the same gentleman in 1976. He was buried at Resthaven Cemetery in Moose Jaw.

Many thanks
Lesley

Hello Lesley There is no marriage record for Saskatchewan as Vital Statistics has not done the marriages yet.

I have found Daisy on the 1921 Canadian census for Swift Current and she is still single so she married sometime after that year.

According to 1926 census records William came to Canada in 1916.

Daisy's full name is Daisy Viola Hartel .

I have found the headstone pictures for William and Daisy both buried at Sunset Cemetery now known as Resthaven Cemetery.

I can forward them on to you if you don't already have them. Just send me a PM. They had no children.
