I believe Aylesford have a History Society.

Does anyone have an email address for them ? I have so far only found a phone number.

I've had a look too and I can only find the phone number, everything else that has an e-mail address pretty clearly indicates that it does.   The nwkfhs covers Aylesford but you could possibly try an e-mail address I found at

http://www.aylesford-church.org.uk/downloads/whatsdoing.pdf

for the local vicar - although the site doesn't appear to have been updated since 2005.
