Wahey!! - Scotlandspeople refund

I've just received an email from Scotlandspeople informing me that following an audit of transactions I've basically been short changed to the tune of 150 credits. As way of an apoplogy they're refunding me 300 credits valid for 6 months instead of  90 days

off their own back - took me completely by surprise as I never realised I was missing any credits.

Same here sueky71!I've been given 120 credits for the same reason as you.The thing is ,why did n't I notice I was being shortchanged at the time it happened?

I got this too. Only thing I can think of was a "complaint" of a corrupt image, but they just said they would refund the cost of the image ... didn't expect this much!

I took my 120 credits with grateful thanks and sent back a wee email to say so - didn't even realise there had been a problem but a lovely surprise just the same.
