In the 1841 census the property is occupied by two families of Ag Labs: Thomas Broad & John Driver

In 1851 it's the families of John Corner and John Driver

1871, John Cadd, gamekeeper

1901, Sidney Butcher, gamekeeper

1921 Edward Packman, gamekeeper
