Just a note to say after 3 years of searching,  I have found Ann Hutchinson living in Nottingham (as I suspected all along.) 

She married very late in life, and was buried under the name of Ainsworth, when in fact her  married name was Hainsworth, so after a lot of confusion, and bewilderment on my part, mystery finally solved!

Thank you to everyone who helped in the search.
