Hi, I need some help reading what the certificate says.

What i can read is Daniel Morrison Wilson, Male 16, 3.11.90.

Can someone help me with the other words.

I agree with Margaret.  The place of death appears to be Cuxhaven,
a coastal town in Germany.

You can contact Scotlands People at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/content/contactus/form.aspx?issue=24 re an 'illegible image'. They will send you an enhanced image via email very promptly. It can make a big difference in clarity of the finer detail.

By the sounds of it, probably from a Marine Register/Minor Records entry.
