Can someone help me with the other words.

Sorry I can't make out the letters where I have inserted question marks.

I agree with Margaret.  The place of death appears to be Cuxhaven,
a coastal town in Germany.

Is it normal for a death on foreign soil to be recorded in Scotland?

By the sounds of it, probably from a Marine Register/Minor Records entry.
