Quick clean & a date

Hi

How old is this woman & can anyone date the photo from her outfit.  The lady we think the photo is of was 1836 & died 1897.

Looks like mid-1890s to me, and the lady looks to be quite young, maybe 40 at a stretch?  So perhaps not the lady you thought... :-\

A & G Taylor was a huge company and as such there is a lot of info. about them.
There may be additional details on the reverse side that may give a definite date
but as Prue says this is about mid 1890's.

Thanks for the cleans & the info.

I'd put her age as about 40 but wasn't sure of the date. So for it to be who we thought it was the date would have to of been mid 1880's.  :(

I've got quite a few A & G Taylor photo's, the strange thing about this one is the back is blank, just dark green like the trim on the front.
