Does anyone out there have any information on Holywell Racecourse or Holywell Hunt in North Wales? It was a prominent venue for race goers until the mid 1800's. A racehorse called pickpocket won a race at the course in 1831 and went on to win the Chester Cup in 1833.
Any information would be appreciated.
