Hello

Ive just found what could be my great-great-great-uncle in clink :)

is there anywhere that might still have the records from 1881?

I have goggled but can only seem to find the 1881 census which it looks as though you have that information already.

Im just wondering if the prison records are around somewhere, im interested to know what he did to end up in there because I cant find him after that.

I called the archives & although they only have 20th century prison records (& not many), they have a lot of court records from the 19th century.

another trip on my "to do list"
