Medal Cards
« on: Wednesday 19 November 08 00:40 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone tell me if the two attached cards are for one and the same person?

I'm looking for a George C. HUNTER and found these two.  The numbers on each seem to refer to the other.

On one it seems to say "awaiting return of medals before amending" - why would he return his medals?

It seems like he was discharged in 1919.

Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks, Linda

Yes its the Silver War Badge list reference for his entry on the Roll at Kew Labour Corps book.
Youd have to visit or get researcher to get the entry for you.
