Charles Miller Duke - NBL Fusiliers? COMPLETED WITH THANKS

Hello Rootschatters! I was working on a cousin's line and came up with a real mystery (to me!)    Charles Miller Duke was b. 1891 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NBL, England.  I have never been able to find a marriage or a death for him, nor did he show up on any passenger lists.  HOWEVER, today I googled his complete name and found a site which gives a painting AND the fact that he was in the Northumberland Fusiliers (20/42)...ALSO, on a pay-for-view website, his name popped up as deceased Sgt. in WWI.  Now, my question is....why doesn't his name appear on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission listing??   What am I missing??  Thank you for any assistance with this issue.... Hello Ken! THANK YOU!  I guess the CGWC website didn't like it when I tried to enter his complete name...I did get a positive hit for him using merely his initials......THANK YOU.  It's a very sad ending... I am pleased that he is listed at the same memorial (Arras) as one of my Uncles.   Again, thanks. Pat
