Susie did you find any other births other than Elizabeth Annie in 1886?  I couldn't see anything in the NSW indexes...only had a quick look though.

Yes......i think () I have been successful.......Sofala features in some of the family stuff and here possibly are the brothers

My only concern is the Henry James.....maybe both these parents prefered their middle names!!!!!!

Susie..... James Arthur WILLIAMS and Amelia Elizabeth's  marriage was in 1885 and then their one birth in 1886...so  the above registrations in 1873 and 1880 wouldn't be their offspring.

Will also have a search tomorrow.

Good morning,
Not as brain fried this morning.......and have received a heap of rellies through a Palin descendent. The only thing I don't have is James Williams birth/death and parents/siblings. He didn't die in NSW, so I am hoping it was SA.

I have the Palins back to Shropshire so I will venture into the English channel for the rest of them, but I would like to finish James.

..... I now have James's parent's names Henry Williams and Amelia Oxenham.....and the siblings I now think are the George and Humphry I tried to attribute to his son yesterday  (possibly....will need to get the certs I think)......need to find James birth and death and where his father was born (his mother is listed in NSW) and where the parents died.......and trace their parents......never ending isn't it!

D****m......I thought I had James' parents in the NSW BDM (based on a rellie's tree) But I know now that these were the wrong parents....James father was James Edward Williams.....the mother and siblings as yet unknown.

Off to the shops.....will return soon.
