Baby photo - can it be restored please?

Hi,

I've been given this photo of me when I was just over a year old but it's seen better days  :) I'd be really grateful for any help in restoring it as I would like to include it in the photobook that I'm making for my mum  :) Thank you

Could not resist a little colour.
POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Wow...I've just returned from work and am amazed at what you've all done while I've been away...these are terrific  :) thank you everyone  ;D This was a difficult one and I'm just so impressed with the results  :) Thank you again...you're all wonderful  :)
