I'd like to ask again for your help in a similar case.

Another person is searching for Brand, Ernst Wilhelm Theodor.
He was born 17th March 1859 in Hof, Bavaria, Germany.
His parents were Maximilian Brand who was a baker
and Maria Uline Barbara Schneider.

Ernst Wilhelm Theodor is said to have studied in Leipzig
(Saxony, Germany), but it is not known what exactly he
studied there, and to have made the license as a
Captain in Stralsund (Mecklenburg-Pommerania).

It is also said that he later emigrated to Australia, but
there are no proves for this stories. I think it could also
be possible, that he only worked on the ships which
sailed between Germany and Australia.

The sources of all this infos are a family chronicle and
the birth/baptism entry in the churchbook. Unfortunately
it is not known, when he began working on ships.

I hope that someone can find more infos on the lists
of the ships which travelled from Germany to Australia.
