Any idea whether Margaret's maiden name was Holdsworth?

In 1851, there's a this couple

1851
HO107/2307 300 10
Bradford, Yorkshire
44 North Wing

Manoah Holdsworth, head, 53, Bill Poster, b. Horton
Betty, wife, 52, b. Haworth
....
....
James Smith, son in law, mar, 23, Power Loom Overlooker (Worsted), b. Heptonstall
Margeret Smith, dau, mar, 22, Power Loom Weaver (Worsted), b. Manningham

This isn't taking us to Lancashire at all  :-\

Hmmmm this is why I'm in a muddle. One site has James born Lancashire NK.. Someone told me that was Nether Kellet but it could be not known. Don't know about Koleny/Oualter. He did have Boy Arthur born 1869 (ggrandad) I'll just have to get some birth certificates. Thanks for your help. Margaret's name was holdsworth.

On censuses, NK usually means not known - I've seen it very often. Given all other censuses show him born in Yorkshire, I'd take Lancashire with a pinch of salt.

Koleny must be Ada and Oualter Arthur but it doesn't look anything like it on the 1871 census page! :P

If they were mine, the certificate I'd try to get now is the marriage cert for James and Margaret - it should show James' father's name and occupation.

 :)
