Hi

Freebmd is an excellent source for BMD's - here is the marriage but as there are 2 possible spouses with the same name, you need a copy of one of the childrens birth certs to confirm which it is.  If you intend to buy the marriage cert anyway - you don't need a birth cert for her maiden name

Marriages September qtr 1893

Morgan  Frank     Mere  5a 407 to either Emma Fricker or Emma May Humphreys

Unfortunately - the marriage has not been transcribed on WiltshireBMD which would have given the spouse name and the church where they married

The 1881 census shows an Emma Jane Fricker born Mere ca. 1869

Fricker household in 1881 from familysearch.org:

Added: The other groom on the marriage page was Henry Welch and the 1901 census shows a Henry Welch married to an Emma M, living in the Mere registration district with a 5 year old son.

Dear Steve,

Frank & Emma, your great-grandparents, are my paternal great-great-grandparents. I am trying to piece together our family tree and would be very grateful for any information you have on Frank & Emma's offspring. My grand-father Paul (1932) was the son of Philip [Frank] & Mark [Molly] Morgan, the son and daughter-in-law of your great-grandfather, Frank.

All best wishes,

Hi and welcome to Rootschat

Steve has not been online with Rootschat since 2009.  As long as he has not changed his email address since then - he will receive a notification of your post.  So fingers crossed.
