Lisduggan is a suburb of Waterford. Therefore I would not assume that the username Lisduggan is meant to indicate Lis Duggan. Might be, but may also be the location.

Yes..I believe " Lisduggan" to be a user name or nom-de-plume.
Lisduggan is a village in Co.Waterford, and also an area of Waterford City.
