Old memories, help with restoration please

I am trying to compile an album for my Grandaughter of her dad. Her dad died in an accident when she was 2, so she has very little memory of him. Most of the pics I have are poor quality. I am hoping some of you clever people might be able to tidy up these ones that I have found. I thought if I could find pictures of him from a child to a grown up, it would make a nice Xmas present. Thanks in anticipation.
