Hi Val, sorry I missed your post but I see Silvery replied. You can't get a result if you enter a surname for Alfred.

I noticed quite a few ROSE births in Boston so perhaps they were visiting relatives.

An interesting thread.  I had given up on my Mexican connections.

I am looking for a marriage of James Duncan b. 1892 in Aberdeen, Scotland.  Married Maria Urquisa but I have no idea of the date.  He worked at Mexican Power and Light company as an Accountant.  They had 3 children

Unknown boy born about 1913
Santuago Urqisa Estanislando Duncan b. About 1924 in Mexico City. He was in Britsh Army in World War 11
Isabel Duncan b. Mexico City in 1926 m Alberto Alvarez . They had a daughter Maria Isabel Alvarez b. abt 1945.

Does anyone know how to search in Mexico?

I would really like to find out when James Duncan died and the name of the unknown son.

Thank you
