Thomas Sidney Smith
« on: Sunday 21 December 08 19:58 GMT (UK) »
I am attempting to find out more about Thomas Sidney Smith.
This is what I know.
He was born in 1779 in London.
His parents were Edward and Mary.
He was a sugar refiner.
He married Mary Clark in Oporto (Portugal) in 1802.
He lived at one time in New Street, Stepney (when it really was a new street)
I am trying to find out any further information about him especially when he died.  His widow was living with her daughter and son in law (Edward and Matilda M Owen) from at least 1841 and was last heard of in 1851.
I know with a name like Smith it could well be a tall order but . . . :D
I am guessing that it will be well nigh impossible to find when Mary Smith died . . .
