1851 Census look up - Oldham

Could anyone please look up Robert Evans age 48 - Grocer, Mary age 42, Mary A age 6. in 1871 they lived at Oldham Road, Royton. Was there an Elizabeth as well in 1851.
Robert was born in Leigh, Lancashire, Mary from Saddleworth, Yorkshire, the child was born in Royton.
