Yes She was and father was a "Night soil Labourer" very glamourous ! I think Eliza was one for stretching the truth - her marriage certificate has her age at 23 and her father as a carpenter and her arrival document into Australia 3 years earlier has her age as 24

Guess she could pass off as a bit younger is her phota is anything to go by! ;)

Absolutely!  Thanks  :D you're a legend !

I was trawling for Richard Warr last night - think I found the 1841 census for him and another in 1851 for just him and Elizabeth

I couldn't see the records you found below - sometimes the indexing on Ancestry.com doesnt quite work - I'll go and download those now

I was also trying to see if there were any records in Freereg for them but there didn't appear to be and I couldn't find any in Ancestry - do you know if there are any publically available records where I could look for their marriage and births - always assuming that they were indeed registered

Just trawled through with the name Joseph Webb and found the 1841, 1851, 1861 Census records I think the Villiage is Phocle Green
Thanks again for all your help it has been really fantastic I am sold on the Rootschat community!

As Ancestry have finally published the Birmingham parish records I am returning to Eliza's siblings.
Have found George Henry's baptism record but not Elizabeth (familysearch had one for her), Millicent and Eliza.
Found records for a few more children for Millicent and Charles as well as their marriage, and found a mis-transcribed 1891 census for Millicent, widowed with her children. A second marriage to Frederick Williams and a further child - so I am presuming Millicent is who Eliza visited in 1894 and 1902.
I have found a marriage for George Henry as Henry George Warr to Jeckeirria Wasingtion daughter of a traveller (desc) in 1894 witnessed by Millicent Wilkins, however I still cannot find an 1891, 1901or 1911 census for him other than a potential one in the Lunatic Asylum in 1901 - West Bromich, Staffordshire (Birmingham Chapter). Is there anywhere I can go to get copies of the records?

No sign of Elizabeth after the 1871 census - haven't found a marriage that could be her

Does anyone have any idea about researching "travellers" or Gypsies - I cannot find a birth record for Jeckeirria Wasingtion  - she is mentioned as Jessica or Jeckeirria on her marriage record. Her fathers occupation is given as a Traveller
