I wonder where they come from, as they say born out of county, do you know anything else about them, so can try and find them on the 1851 census

Hi Ricky not sure where they are from I just remember seeing a Joseph Ballard in Bath when i discovered my William Ballard (AKA Henry Bullard) there some time ago.

I though that Joseph of Bath may have been from a family I am trying to find out more about at below listed with all i do know about them.
