I take it there are no parents' names on his marriage certificate?

Three baptisms show up on the NSW BDM historical index search, one for a Thomas R RUSSELL (parents Thomas and Jane) and the other two for just plain Thomas RUSSELL.  The last two seem to be the same person with two different index numbers - parents Patrick and Mary A.

Could father be Frank or Charles? The C in the James C could be the Charles, yes?
