From the NFHS index it is likely that Ann died..
Burial – Ann Parr, 13th August 1826, aged 35, abode George St

There are only three John Parr’s marrying an Ellen
Nottingham St Mary – 27th November 1828
John Parr & Ellen Morton

It will help to see the marriage as I would expect it to say John is a widower

I can’t see any baptisms for children with parents John & Ellen Parr
