Labour or not, I appreciate your effort. Absolutely the right family with all the right names and even a previously unknown relative of Annie. Her maiden name is Stanton.

There was no labour involved at all! I don't use a*****y - I simply searched the address on the site I use, and came up with the right place and people straight away  ;D Pure good luck!

That would explain my difficulty finding the record then.

The a******y site (is it a rude word?) drives me nuts, especially since they changed the layout. Unfortunately my FindMyPast subscription just expired.

Can anyone decypher the place of birth for Annie and the children? Is it Ratcliff, London? Is there a Ratcliff in the East End?

If its the right street, it seems to have run thru St George in the East, thru Ratcliff to Shadwell ...
