Im trying to trace details family etc of the above , he was an anglian minister born in Eastbourne in 1910 he lived at an address which seems to read Seafield House 6 Windon Terrace I  of Man
Can anyone help please ?

Was he Frank Rupert Powney?

If so - he died in 1982 in Onchan aged 71

This is a possible marriage for his parents but would need to be checked against Frank's birth cert

the address was Windsor terrace Windsor Rd - a block designed by John Robinson c.1848 - see http://www.manxnotebook.com/people/archtcts/jrobnsn.htm

Eric,I knew a Frank Powney who was a curate at Christ Church Wolverhampton in the late 1940's early 50's is this any help ? it might not be the same one
